This is URSULA. 3 sizes and a plethora of colour options! 
Bungee Lace up attachment along the top tube for the most secure and neat fit. 2 x one wrap straps for the down tube and seat tube. 
Internally lined with a mesh pocket on non-drive side and webbing loop with gate clip for attaching keys or additional wallet/pouch. Cable port entry on front section at head tube.
